Baptism - the First Step of Obedience
Have you placed your faith in Christ and you are now ready to follow Christ in Baptism? Please complete the following information and we will connect with you as soon as possible. Thank you!
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has committed two ordinances to the local church: baptism and the Lord’s Table. Christian baptism by immersion is the public testimony of a believer picturing his faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior (Matthew 28:18-20; Romans 6:1-11; Acts 8:35-39). Baptism is also a sign of fellowship and identification with the local visible body of Christ (Acts 2:41-42). The Lord’s Table was instituted by Christ for the commemoration of His death and should only be observed following a careful self-examination (Luke 22:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:17-34). The church should observe and administer these two ordinances until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
